About

The association protecting Clark's business community.

Since 1996, CILA has been the unified voice of investors and locators in the Clark Special Economic Zone — advocating for their interests, facilitating access to government, and building a thriving business community.

Our Story

Three decades of serving Clark locators.

CILA was born from the need for Clark locators to have a collective voice in dealing with government agencies and promoting the zone as an investment destination. Starting with 43 founding members, the association has grown to represent 250+ companies across 17 industry sectors.

Today, CILA remains the CDC-recognized representative body of all CSEZ locators, serving as the primary conduit between business and government in Clark.
